Birth preparation for those who have given birth before

This course is for you who are expecting another baby and would like to revisit the key aspects of the birth process. We build on your previous birth experience while refreshing the most important knowledge about labour and birth.

You may have different thoughts and considerations this time compared to your first pregnancy. During the course, we revisit essential topics, reflect on your previous experience, and explore subjects that often become relevant when preparing to give birth again.

Course content

Labour and birth: How does the body respond when giving birth for the second time? Why do second births often progress more quickly?

Workshop: Breathing techniques, movement, rebozo, birth positions, and relaxation.

Your wishes for this birth: Inspiration and guidance for creating a birth plan.

Concerns and risk of recurrence: Space to address worries and reflect on previous experiences.

Going home early after birth: How to make an early discharge a calm and positive experience.

Life after birth with siblings: Practical advice for the postpartum period when welcoming a new baby into the family.

The price of 250 DKK is per person. If you would like to bring your partner, please book two spots for the event.
